  1. Hope so. Will finally find out what the deal is with Conte's hair. Bloke was comb-over bald in the mid 90s. Its been bugging me for yonks

    Joelinton

Seeing Joelinton thread near the top of the threads and shitting yourself hoping there's not an injury.
  3. Big mistake that. Withdrawing an acolyte from final score and other media when that's the only reason this bloke gets work..
  4. Very Chelsea v Spursy. Disappointing really.
  5. Man City sold Sterling and Jesus. Was neither for the shit and giggles or because they're not rich
  6. Won 6 in 28 league games, two thirds of which have been in the second tier for West Brom. Ffs just put the inept c**t out to pasture
  7. "so how are you getting around FFP" "well...."
  8. They did well to get the Popular Side and East Stand built when you see Leazes terrace there
  9. Jon-Dahl 2 Media Dahl-ing 0
  10. The only wide player I expect an end product from is Fraser. Getting into position for ASM/Miggy/Murphy isn't even half the battle anymore. It literally means nothing, doesn't even make me sit up the ratio of even completing a simple pass in that situation is low. Think back to your playing days and how bollocked you'd get for doing that even a fraction as much as those guys.
  11. Remember when Gillespie did one against Blackburn, was a cracker too, can;'t believe it wasn't given pre VAR. Keegan made him go and apologise to the referee. Thats the stuf.
  12. Exactly what I felt. Wasn't anything we could do going forward that would improve anything. Only switch to five at the back or something. Were looking at Murphy/Anderson/Fraser for ASM/Miggy for tired legs v freshness really at the moment and get very nervous when players go down for that reason. Even bringing Wood on, when nobody's getting crosses in is redundant.
  13. Think that was the other way, Southall saving from Hooper, at Goodison.
  14. Different projects though. Building up from the scorched earth at our place versus having to raze the shit to the ground and start over there and maintain their position.
  15. Willow-ays give the other team a chance
  16. Part of me wants the preserve the specialness of our 5-0 part of me wants these destroyed
  17. If Ashley's regime tried its utmost, Man United is what it would have looked like. He even failed at trying to be shit a few times and had to punish Hughton, Pardew and Rafa accordingly
  18. Keepers scoring against them, fans migrating from one stand to the next, crisp packets everywhere, what sort of Hackney marshes bullshit is this?

    Nick Pope

Impressed and thankful given how he wasn't battle-tested last week. More fine business by the club.
  20. Newcastle United vs. Manchester City - 21/8/22 @ 4:30pm (Sky Sports)
  21. Disappointing again if I'm being greedy.
  22. Anderson will play against Tranmere. Still wont be any place to judge him re the PL but might get a sniff at Wolves if all goes well. Can only afford to loan him out if more players come in given what's ahead of him.
  23. Agree, they had the amount of chances you'd expect a home team to have. Its just it was the lions share in this game.
  24. Pretty shat that. But in perspective they'll be feeling blue that a rival for the top half has taken a point off them and is in the box seat Think that's where were at - Brighton's level of bang midtableness. Few recruits could alter that. *will never expect anything but a naff game there from now. Just got to accept it at this point. Every single one has been rank
