Mick
He really has to go and shouldn't be given another game.
wyn davies
clearly this issue won't be resolved until we're in a corner as far as Ashleys concerned
Guest neesy111
Genuinely would Carver be doing worse? Not sure which is worrying.
LionOfGosforth
Genuinely would Carver be doing worse? It would be hard for the owld bloke working in your local paper shop to do worse man. It's fucking unforgivably bad.

WarrenBartonCentrePartin
SSN just had an interview with Martinez. Doesn't seem like this hosepipe has spoken yet.
Collage
I was prepared to give him a chance, for longer than most. I'm not even that bothered about his comments, the tactics etc etc but he has to go now. You can't ignore how bad these results are if you want to stay up, it's as simple as that. This. TK-421
I wouldn't normally expect Ashley to react to a poor run of results, especially given some of the runs Pardew went on. However, with the TV money at stake, and the fact McClaren has had substantial funds made available, then I think he might take action this time. If he is going to do it though, I just hope he does goes for the best option, even if it still someone out of work, and they are brought in with enough games to try and get the results we need. We're in danger of being cut adrift soon... and teams just above us seem more capable of pulling results out than we do!

Unbelievable
"Steve McClaren currently has a win rate of 20% as #NUFC boss, the lowest we've ever had after 24 games." 20 f***ing percent man #newmanagerbounce

Wullie
I really don't know why people think the reason Ashley won't appoint a good manager is a financial one. He will only ever appoint losers desperate for a job who will do his bidding.

Altamullan
All the preparation and training and sleepless nights over formations. This twonk might as well sleep all week and pick the team 10 mins before kick off. One evaluation of SMc's competence is how would the squad do if 'random clueless fan' picked and motivated the team. I may be over reacting, but I genuinely think that with this group of players, and the oddness of some of his decisions, a RCF couldn't have done worse. Wallsendmag
Needs handed his P45 in the morning. When we lose to West Brom that's just about that as far as relegation is concerned. It'll only leave Norwich that we could realistically catch but I wouldn't even back us to better their results in the final 14 games especially as we still have to go to Carrow Road. sbnufc
I remember when we first appointed McClaren, and a lot of the ex-players/managers and other "professionals" always brought out the line that "Steve is a great coach". It was always "he's great on the training ground" or whatever. Shite like Ayoze up top in a hoof ball playing team show he's fucking clueless and obviously NOT a manager. Never has been. Carver was absolutely horrifically bad, but McLaren must be edging him close for win percentage McClaren slightly better still.

duo
We must be the only club that sacks mangers to take a backwards/sidewards step. Chronic. We just seem incapable of hiring a decent one (as they cost money)

Altamullan
I'm not that arsed about losing away to Everton, that is pretty much what we do. I am dismayed about set-up/formation, better players not showing-up, and lack of any sign of the manager having a pair of balls.
