Guest
Another plus point was the strength in depth on the bench. Harper, Cacapa, Taylor, Geremi, Duff, Ameobi & Viduka. Compare that with the bench at Arsenal earlier in the season, Harper, Edgar, Bassong, Tozer, Barton, Ranger & Donaldson.

That's not going to happen in a hurry though. He did ok today and JK was singing his praises after the game.

Guest rebel_yell12
'What a f***ing finish!!!!' must've just had the helicopter waxed Is that some kind of euphemism? I didn't think it was until you mentioned it. I think madras was referring to the literal helicopter Owen owns, though. Would be a class euphemism, though. And it was his birthday. Think they snuck his wife in at half-time, then? Right... That may have been too tacky even for me. Where's my SO? Normally that sort of thing gets me a bit of a shouting at. BlueStar
'What a f***ing finish eh?' Love it. i kinda said that before . A few people did; I just missed it at the time. Crying out to be made into a subtitled animated gif.

relámpago blanco
just watched it again. f***ing quality. Aye I've watched it loads, it's nearly as good as wtaching any of our league games vs spurs in the last few years. Lets do them again next week, I hope Oba's fit so he can score his obligatory brace. buzza
Regards enrique, I thought he had one of his "good" games yesterday, the mistakes he made were ones that happen to defenders i.e. player beating defender, what he didn't do was give a bad pass/jump in like a looney leading to a chance or anything like that. Bassong is looking like a great summer signing. Can we start a "we love wise and vetere" thread??
buzza
Another point, Zoggy didn't really come alive until the second half did he?? Why don't we make him run the last 10 miles to the stadium so that he is "in form" for the first half for once. Strange phenomenum eh!!
DubblyDubblyDubbly
Did you see the cheeky grin on Kinnears face when he said " we got the substitutions right this time " ( or something very similar) on MOTD2 ...has he been visiting the forum ? On second thoughts, even a complete numptie would realise the subs cost us 2 points vs Stoke.
BlueStar
On second thoughts, even a complete numptie would realise the subs cost us 2 points vs Stoke. Let's hope it wasn't a fluke and it means the penny's dropped that the best course of action isn't "Fuck, we're winning - quick, change everything!"
