Can't see how he'd really fit into our team now, we don't play with old fashioned wingers and don't have a Barton type to ping good aerial balls into him from midfield. He would be a good option but he's also a very good player who needs to play all the time. Pretty sure we won't be offering him that. I think our style of play has progressed with the type of players we have now compared to when he was here and I would see it as going backwards somewhat. Maybe Pardew sees it differently, just have to see how it goes really.

I think this is the first time in my life that i'm fully supportive of something fat sham is doing.  :lol:

 

What is their club record? Terrible move if he goes there...
