I think it would be wise if the board withdrew the contract, I couldn't shoulder the guilt of him having a heart attack.

Mick Martin on TalkSport now talking about Kinnear. No mention at all from either him or the presenters about a new manager, I think we are being overly optimistic to think there will be anyone other than Hughton and Calderwood in charge for the rest of the season.

Silly of me to relax my assumption that whenever Ashley and Llambias have to make a choice, they'll make the wrong one.

 

If they're honestly not thinking about a replacement, we're odds on to go down.

In footballing terms, how realsitic actually is it that we'll need to change managers?

 

Not really realistic unless the club withdraws their contract offer because of the possibility that Kinnear's health might be a bad thing. As long as the offer is still on the table, Kinnear is just on a sick leave.
