joeyt
Fancy deleting your post then Kaz? I'm awesome like that though, certified Facebook stalker and all. Doubt many others would've put the pieces together like I did Merci beaucoup
hakka
This game will be very tough, but its good that Martins and Viduka will get extra time to heal and get fit. Don't know how accurate it is, but PhysioRoom has Guthrie back on 22nd Feb. Doubt he will be match fit for the game, but interesting if true. A win would give us a massive boost in staying up, however I think a draw is most likely our best hope. A loss wouldn't be that hard to deal with given our awful state. One thing is for sure is that Ameobi must not stay on the pitch as long as he has done of late if he is playing pants.
Pilko
I hope we organize a behind-closed-doors friendly in the next 2 weeks to let the likes of Shola, Guthrie, Martins, Viduka, Cacapa and Smith get some playing time.
Skeletor
Oba + Guthrie + Viduka + Jonas - Ameobi - Butt - Duff = Hope Todays starting 11 = Hammering.
Kaizero
I hope we don't organize a behind-closed-doors friendly in the next 2 weeks to let the likes of Shola, Guthrie, Martins, Viduka, Cacapa and Smith get injured. fyp

STM
This game is live on Sky Thought I might start this as I have a 100% record with prematch threads. Apologies if I' not allowed to start two in a row. They seem to be playing well and I can see Jo and Cahill causing us problems and their defence seem to be rock solid and chipping in with goals. In an ideal word, I would like us to play 4-3-3 with this being the attacking players Loven Viduka Martins Gutierrez Nolan Raylor But we'll probably be overpowered by Arteta, Cahill and Osman. Don't forget Screech either. Bit of an early thread but hopefully today will give us hope. 1-0 to them One centre midfielder? No thanks, as crap as Nicky Butt is. Harper Raylor Coloccini Bassong Enrique Butt Nolan Jonas Duff Martins Viduka Yes, i know Kinnear won't pick that side.

Segun Oluwaniyi
I think it's a question of Viduka and who? up top. Chances of the mercurial Joe Kinnear putting out Lovenkrands and Martins are slim in my opinion.

Mistle17
Well Nolan's out for this game and the Bolton game which wont help. Too early to predict an actual score but Everton are a team on form atm and I cant see past them. You never know, we might sneak a point though. We'll have Wor Jonas back at least! hakka
rats. without Nolan and it being slim that Guthrie will return, I fear our centre midfield will be too weak for this game. If Martins and Viduka are fit and start then I hope Jonas can improve on his crosses.
Gallowgate Toon
Jo looks like he'll be a handful. No worries about him, Colo has him sussed down to a tee, same with Robinho.
LooneyToonArmy
Well Nolan's out for this game and the Bolton game which wont help. is he suspended for the Bolton game as well? or was it just part of the agreement from when we signed him? Jayson
we're done without Nolan. Nicky Butt is a complete joke Ameobi atleast puts himself around put his end product just destroys everything else. Lovenkrands looked class....him and martins upfront together would be good.. If we actually had the ability to pass the ball along the floor..or put in decent through balls
Guest Darth Toon
Well Nolan's out for this game and the Bolton game which wont help. Are you sure? I thought he had served a 2 game suspension just before he joined us, he can't be due another one already surely?
