I must admit I've never used Barnetta as hair but I'm quite rusty. :lol:

 

Tranquillo however as VI alluded to does mean calm or relax in Italian.

Barnetta does not mean hair in Italian.  :lol:  :doh:

 

The Italian for hair: Capello.

Although that is a singular hair. If you want to talk about all the hairs on your head, that would be "capelli".
