Guest Tall Striker
his surgeon thinks he'll be playing in early march http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_6718795,00.html? Fk the surgeon I say early Feb In the squad tonight. In all seriousness, his leg may have healed by then but i doubt he'll be able to be match fit in 4 weeks. AyeDubbleYoo
As long as we don't go down and he's ready for next season, I'm happy.
Nobody
Stoke should be the target then, surely? As we don't have many games in March, hopefully we'll be able to play him quite a bit in behind-closed-doors friendlies and reserve games to get his fitness going. Guest BlacknWhiteArmy
I reckon early March return to training, so... Some time in April we may see him feature.

I'd rather wait for the game after than throwing him in against them.
Robster
What the fuck must this lad think of this club?
colinmk
What the fuck must this lad think of this club? Probably that the people in charge are fucking muppets who continually set us back time and time again but the club itself is fucking magnificent and with a bit of luck could be a force again. GM
Fuck it, we need him back now. Crutches or no crutches, he'd still be a million times more a goal threat than the shite we saw at Craven Cottage tonight. Fucking woeful.
Guest palnese
Rush him back.
Mr. Snrub
Stick him up front when he's back ffs.
Dave
Whilst it'll be a massive plus when he returns, it's worth pointing out that he's never been much of a goalscorer.
Nobody
Whilst it'll be a massive plus when he returns, it's worth pointing out that he's never been much of a goalscorer. Played on the wings most of his career though tbf. He surely can't be much worse as a striker than what we've currently got?
Mr Logic
I'd try him in a Beardsley role in a heartbeat.

Played on the wings most of his career though tbf. He surely can't be much worse as a striker than what we've currently got? He will improve as well. Nasri wasn't much of a goalscorer before he came to England.

Dave
He'll replace Gutierrez and we all know it. Thank Christ. Well yes, but I was relating it to goals. We'll still have Ameobi as our best striker up front. When he's back.
M4
Had a dream the other week that he would make his comeback vs Everton. We were 3-1 up, he came on with 15 minutes to go and scored. 4-1 win.
