AlanSkÃrare
Was great again. Hope he and Colo keep this up, looks a good partnership for now.
Rich
Looked a good partnership 2 years ago. Sad for Williamson, but would love it if Taylor could finally become the player he's been hyped as throughout his career. Needs to stay fit and play the full season. Revolution Number 9
Love how he managed to get his celebration in even when it wasn't his goal
TherealnorthernTOON
Seems more competent when he got a leader beside him. Had a good game, won alot of headers and can't remember that he lost one on the back of my head. Was directing a clearing right into the enemys feet once. For him to improve his clearences has to become better. His footwork should become a little better. But his overall reading of the game looks neat beside colo. They are really covering up for eachother and working for eachother. Looks to have bulked up aswell and seems a really strong lad now. I'd put money on him scoring atleast 5 goals this season. 3 of them to be matchwinning/really important ones.
Guest BooBoo
Seems to have slipped under the radar and was missed by tv, but he did the chicken dance on Saturday after the goal.
aussiemag
Anyone remember his amazing kick out of play, when under no pressure at all?
Dr Venkman
There was a time when Taylor was linked with the Chelsea's and Liverpool's of this world, but that ship has gone Titanic. he was the source of the rumours though

Dr Venkman
i also feel i should say he's been solid in the first two games, with the exception of a couple of missed headers. i'm extremely critical of him so it's only fair i comment when he's doing well. really hope it continues. SteveMc
Think he's beng playing really well. The goals at the end of the season did his confidence the world of good and his partnership with Colo plays to both players strengths
Dokko
Did he accidentally closeline Tiote? my live match report reckons so.
jdckelly
Did he accidentally closeline Tiote? my live match report reckons so. indeed he did and it was quite an impressive closeline too
Dokko
Did he accidentally closeline Tiote? my live match report reckons so. indeed he did and it was quite an impressive closeline too Fuk sake was joking on at work saying he'd have seen a bird or something and pointed at it/her while Tiote was running past him. Newcastle Fan
That was one hell of a cloth line, not even in WWE will you see one excuted so perfectly.. Also Best and Lovenkrands injuried each other in the celebration of our 2nd goal, i love the fact that are showing passion but they need to tone it down a bit ffs. Yorkie
By all accounts is proving me wrong atm. Would've been more than happy to see him binned for a modest amount of cash this summer, but he's had a great start.
sparkzter
Loads better at the moment. Keeping it tidy and simple. Hope it continues.
NEEJ
He cracks me up. Anyone see when the ball was out of touch and Simpson was waiting to take the throw in? Taylor just strolled over and picked up a water bottle instead
themanupstairs
Been a different class so far this season. If he can keep it up, we'll have a monster of a centerback on our hands. I hope the older he gets, maturity will set him right enough to fulfill his "potential". Well done you sack of shit
alexf
great clothesline!! really likes running with his arms out doesn't he
Mr. Snrub
Head and shoulders above Williamson now like. Good to see him playing well.
cubaricho
Don't particularly like Taylor, I think he's a bit of a bull in a china shop type of defender, but I have to give credit where it's due, he's been good so far this season.
Geordie Ahmed
Has been brilliant this season  Glad the management saw sense and gave him a new contract rather than selling him
Stu
Has been brilliant this season Glad the management saw sense and gave him a new contract rather than selling him Brilliant is a bit heavy like, he's done well and much improved on his previous form. Which leads nicely into your second point: his career has stalled for the past 2-3 seasons, partly due to injury, partly due to the after affects of his previous contract wrangles, partly due to other players playing better. Just because he's a "local lad" and once upon a time showed promise, it doesn't mean he should be guaranteed a contract (on a very decent wage) here for life.
