ujpest doza
It was his one possessed game a season other than the mackems. Shocking dive mind. He would have been in the clear as well, went down far too easily as per usual.
Newcastle Fan
Great finish for his goal, superb cameo too.
Pilko
Absolutely fantastic, today. Changed the game along with 'Tan. Not seen the yellow again yet but it looked like a freekick from my Leazes pew, I can be convinced though, it was Shola after all.
binnsy
Shola Ameobi, who scored Newcastle's winning goal with a lovely left-footed finish: "It was great to score the winning strike. The finish was something I have been working on. I practised it before the match and it paid off for me." Practised it before the match why you laughing?? he stayed out on the pitch when all the other players had finished there warm up before kick off and was with one of the back room staff smacking balls left foot and right foot into the gallowgate net
Varadi
I proper love Shola man - delighted for him today.

Deuce
The man, the myth, the legend. Shola's been rather poor the last few times he's come on, but he was vital today. Made all the right plays. Plays. What, you didn't see that post route he ran? Awesome bootleg to get in position for the goal http://www.gifsforum.com/images/gif/i'm%20out%20of%20here/grand/seinfeld-George-Costanza-im-out-of-here-eccbc87e4b5ce2fe28308fd9f2a7baf3-345.gif Fuck you Shak, you and your purity of sport nomenclature

Benwell Lad
Never lost a ball when he came on today - so strong and a great finish. He seems to keep his best for the pressure situations.
David28
He seems to keep his best for the pressure situations. Think the same sometimes. When things are going (too) well, he seems to miss some chances here and there is just strolling around the pitch. Games like yesterday, the derby or the Spurs game last season, when we desperately need a goal, he seems to really be up for it.

Guest neesy111
When he does score in the league, it's always vital goals as well. Shame he only does it once a year apart from the mackems.
Guest bimpy474
He scored and won us the game, now just as many managers have before this pillock, is going to start him against Man Utd and we then have to watch the big oaf stumble around, foul people and look so shit its untrue. I just can't believe how many managers still do it.
