Cajun
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/newcastle-striker-demba-ba-may-stay-1510833 A Toon source said: “There are people in the dressing room who believe Demba Ba has let Mike Ashley and Newcastle down after the way they helped resurrect his career. They’ve been kicked in the teeth.” Whether it's real or not: Makes no sense at all
Guest JS
Is it me, or did his celebration look a bit half-hearted? I got that impression also.. We absolutely must hold on to him though

Disco
A kick in the teeth because he's been miles better than they anticipated and now he not they hold all the cards despite how much they try and spin it otherwise? Only way I can see it as he can't be knocked for anything IMO. As for the resurrecting his career, absolute drivel.

Ketsbaia
Does anyone have any hope he'll stay? Yes, I reckon teams will get scared off by his agents' fees. Also, despite it not flaring up here, too much has been said about his knee.
TRon
Does anyone have any hope he'll stay? Yes. His release clause is not cheap, so I don't see many clubs being prepared to meet it.
Skirge
Aye its not as attractive as the media try to make out, even when he is out of contract its still not an attractive option really, the longer this has gone on the more likely he is to stay. We absolutely must hold on to him though Thank fuck, was missing the body language analysis. There was definitely something wrong with him there. Had an uneasy look on his face as his team-mates were gathering around him to celebrate. Definitely.

Cajun
If you watch his interviews he looks to the right every question asked, that means he is having to think about his answer. When people have to think it means it isn't their first thought so they are obviously lying because they are thinking what to answer, Plus I heard he went round Cisse's house and shit in his garden, that's from a lad who doesn't even follow football so has no reason to lie. Mick
Is looking away when being questioned a tell tale sign you're lying? It can be, it can also be a sign that English isn't his first language and he's thinking before speaking.

Mole_Toonfan
Who actually wants him gone then? All i have said or try to say is that i dont feel he would be as missed or hard to replace as some make out... In reality id love him to sign a new deal with no clause but that seems unlikely. Guest neesy111
Voted Yes, I just don't think a big enough club will come in for him. I hope he stays as well but we have to sort out his contract once and for all ASAP.
