It's all good according to paperback , loads of cover

@lee_ryder: @aheathsmith95 Ryan Taylor, Vurnon Anita, Paul Dummett....

What a scummy way to behave. Tbh not as upset as some for the loss to the squad, think Haidara and Dummett are probably reasonable left back options. We really need specialised CBs and Santon definitely wasn't one. He still has a lot of potential but a gamble if it paid off.

It does however say something about the club that we care little for players who genuinely like the club.

As a stand-alone transfer, I'm really not that arsed about this one. I like Haidara, Dummett is average cover. Spurs at home was one of the worst individual performances I've seen from an NUFC player ever. Was right up there with Cacapa/Portsmouth and his overall form was abysmal around that time.

What I don't like is just what this represents as a club though. If we'd went out and bought a centre-back because of our logic being we've got 2 left-backs, we need a centre-back, so we bumped someone on to get a centre-back, I could live with that. This though, it's just getting an easy few million quid for the sake of it.
