bodson
If Colo leaves we need another CB. Maybe Scott Dann could be possible to get? Always been better than the teams he has represented. Not as a direct replacement for Colo but would be a suitable CB to partner Mapou or Taylor.

ponsaelius
Every single transfer window somebody suggests we buy one of either Scott Dann or Roger Johnson, despite the fact they're both abysmal
Mole_Toonfan
Anyway if Colo does leave at some point i would look at someone who can compliment Mbiwa rather than a replacement for Colo as i believe Mbiwa can do a lot of things that Colo can. Disco
Quite a few young, exciting players out of contract next season in Ligue Un/Bundesliga/Eredivisie I would imagine we'll be eyeing up.

More in defensive/midfield positions tbh but Belhanda, Chadli, Djuricic, Heung-Min Son, Arnautovic, Mame Diouf (seems decent these days) & Herrmann are. Providing the info is correct but transfermarkt.co.uk is usually pretty close to the mark.
Mole_Toonfan
Heung-Min Son is the one that interests me out of that list tbh, for one we have been linked with him in the past, i have been quite impressed with him when i have seen him and he plays in a position where we need some strengthening. ( one of the few)

( one of the few) Me too, I follow Hamburg (well a wee bit anyway) and he looks a good player from the bits I seen, was going to ask Oldtype about him. Another one there I like is Maxi Beister, great little player, really think he's going to be the real deal.

Guest
We won't but I still think that we should be in for. http://images.click-manchester.com/admin/article/articleimages/1350399308-thomas_Ince.jpg We could even offer them Ferguson or Sammy on loan as part of the deal. I'd even offer one permanently. Don't think either will be more than Championship level players.

It's not that, it was Birmingham's ultra negative tactics, it'll be the same reason Shawcross will be massively found out when he leaves Stoke and why Huth appears to have improved 5 fold there, very much penalty box defenders with no pace/ability on the ball as the former proved on his 1 and only cap for England. basjen
Benteke supposedly put in a transfer request. Would take him in a heart beat, 7 goals this season. What did Villa pay? Edit: Maybe i got fooled by twitter. Still leave it here, he would be a great acquisition.

basjen
He's another one who's nowhere near as good as the hype surrounding him imo. He strikes me as a "loose firing" type of guy. Bit like Martins, shoots like a rocket, but more than a few is blasted way over. Also raw pace and strength. Just seems to have more quality than Oba imo.
