Pardew OUT. wrong about swansea though, in general they've been good on the ball, up here they were poor. i did like their insistence on going that way though. If I was in Pardew's situation myself, I think I'd only be giving him 20 minutes here and there at the moment. Players like Colo, Tiote and Jonas throw back in fairly soon after injury yes, but Ben Arfa has yet to prove his worth since being at the club anyway. I wouldn't say he deserves his chance any more than Ferguson, Vuckic or Sammy to be honest. Until he starts to impact games regularly from the bench then I wouldn't start him. Also, we have no idea how players apply themselves in training do we? Until you have suffered an injury as severe as that I don't think you realise just how much it can effect you physically and mentally. Who's to say he's the same player anyway? If we had two wingers who were naturally able to consistently put in even decent crosses things might flow a little more.
