Nobody
The people who are still saying Ba and Cissé "can't play together" or that they "never link up", did they see the move that won us the game last night?
AyeDubbleYoo
They should be able to play together as long as they aren't both trying to be out-and-out strikers all the time.
AlanSkÃrare
There were still numerous occasions when the ball went into the box and they occupied the exact same space. Both are full of goalscoring instinct which is a good thing. However, we need something else at times.

Both are full of goalscoring instinct which is a good thing. However, we need something else at times. This exactly Peter Beardsley complimented Andy Cole these two occupy the same space/role etc except Ba is a much better footballer ... we need a creative striker with a bit of guile and alternate Ba and Cisse (who personally I would sell) with the newbie... Cisse has no craft guile or workrate so when he doesn't score he doesn't contribute a la Michael Owen
Jack Flash
Cisse worked as hard last night on the wing as Ba ever did out there. Last few games actually.

Gallowgate Toon
I'd play him primarily on the left against Fulham but encourage a fluid front 3. He's the best mover in the team and was played in nicely a couple of times last night running in from wide, I think he might have buried one of those chances if they'd been on his right foot. Nowt wrong with that but having two lads in the team that do it isn't good for developing team play. Long term I can't see how the team can develop with them both in the starting line up. themanupstairs
There were still numerous occasions when the ball went into the box and they occupied the exact same space. Both are full of goalscoring instinct which is a good thing. However, we need something else at times. They both went for the rebound after Santon's shot. Thank fuck Ba got there first and tucked it away, otherwise I think there was a train wreck of a miss awaiting. Surely a good thing though that they both want to score so badly? We must find that balance, and it comes with coaching a game plan into their forward play. Both of their levels of in-game intelligence/decision making must be a priority for Pardew and his coaching staff.
LiquidAK
To say Cisse has bad workrate is just rubbish. Against Wigan he worked as hard as anyone in the side, often out on the wing too.
Lush Vlad
Can't agree with Poz on that one. He's having a tough start to the season, as have the team. We create fuck all and when we do, he looks so depserate to score, he rushes and looks like he's trying too hard. His record speaks for itself and there is no way we should think about selling him IMO.
STM
Fancy him to score against Fulham. In fact he will be getting a couple sometime soon.
Skeletor
Some of his goals in his shit hot run were actually offside. Bolton and Liverpool (2nd - very marginal) spring to mind.
STM
He's very similar to Darren Bent or Owen of old, a poacher who works on the shoulder of the back four. Although he works hard out wide, he doesn't have the vision or direct dribbling skills to remain out there. So long as he retains his pace, he will be a significant weapon in our team, through the middle. Having Ba and Cisse is a nice problem but one that needs managed carefully. Ultimately, i can see Ba leaving and Cisse being a permenant fixture down the middle.
Ronaldo
He reminded me of Ba in the latter part of last season to an extent on Monday night. He was trying too hard to score, basically; snatching at anything that came his way and making runs too early. Still, unlike Ba his touch and general play was very tidy. Rooney regularly goes on long spells of goal drought but he can afford to play his own game and just let the goals come because they've got goals from every single position on the pitch whereas if neither of our strikers score, we've basically got fuck all. AyeDubbleYoo
Cisse has always loved snap shots and early shots though, that's how he scores a lot of his goals. I think it would be big mistake to leave him out now, if we build on our last two performances it's only a matter of time before he starts scoring. I agree, and tbh we don't really have any player good enough to play there instead of him, apart from Marveaux who i'd like in the same position as against Wigan. Jonas on the bench.
