AyeDubbleYoo
Picking Perch as CB could be considered match fixing, better be careful.

Ash
We decided against buying an answer. have a proper answer in the summer hopefully. Not sure, depends how Taylor comes back. He won't accept being third choice IMO. I was assuming all these links with big money signings like Vertonghen were if Coloccini was off. We need a good young player to push Williamson down the pecking order. We need to sell Williamson and buy two CBs.

We would struggle to sign a better player that we could keep happy. The focus should either be on a class CB to go straight in, or a promising young one that can gradually step in. Recovery of Saylor is also a factor.

Recovery of Saylor is also a factor. This irks me about our lesser players, people saying they're good enough to be back up when they're clearly not. Williamson was a back up this season and has been pretty woeful since he's come into the side and we've dropped points as a result of it. What defining attributes does he have that would make you happy to see him in our starting XI at any point next season? I can't think of one. Even someone like Obertan for example, at least he has pace which can be used as a useful tool. I'm 100% confident we could find a young defender on the continent for a couple of million (max.) who would be willing to be back up and has more ability than Williamson. We should be looking to bring in a good CB to be playing alongside Colo, leaving Steven Taylor to battle it out with him and then another to come in and be 4th choice. themanupstairs
IMO it will all boil down to how many chances RVP gets. Nullify him and we'll get a result. Also, we'll have to score as I think Walcott will get one.
Hughesy
Would like to see Ben Arfa on right against Gibbs. Reckon he would get more joy out of Gibbs than Sagna.

summerof69
They do have other players who can hurt us so i'm not sure that concentrating too much on rvp is the best idea.
Spudil
Ryan Taylor cannot play fullback in this match. Gervinho/Walcott would exploit him way too easily. And thus, he shouldn't play at all. Krul Simpson Willo Colo Santon Ben Arfa Cabaye Tiote Jonas Ba Cisse Ba will have to drop into midfield an awful lot in an attempt to counter their extra man in there.
