Floated set penis to Williamson/Taylor at back post

pretty sure we are now just going to keep doing it until it eventually works and we score.

Its not just that though all our set pieces and corners are shocking,  doesn't help that it seems every time we get a corner someone else takes it!  Plus think we should go to inswinging corners instead of floaty outswingers.  At least if we are whipping fast inswingers in any slight deplection could see the ball go in the net.

From memory the only times we've even came close to scoring from a corner this season (other than the Ben Arfa Penalty) have been the cutback to Ba on the edge of the box, and Ben Arfa shooting directly from the corner. It's an enigma that it's took so long to finally realise that floating the ball in towards players who are predominantly shit in the air won't reward you with a hat full of goals.

“We’ve changed our whole outlook on set-plays, just this week.

“We’ve done it once already because we’re not getting enough success.

we've become as predictable as Pardew is.

anyone remember the last time we've taken a corner short?

or ever seeing a player put his hand on the ball and play the freekick quickly?

It is quite bizarre, we let the oppo's defence get set then float a free kick we never ever win, and we have been doing it for 18 months. The lack of imagination is frightening.

But if as he says we are going to do something about it.....i'll wait and see with baited bad breath.
