Guest Spiria
Sammy ameoby and Ben Arfa and 4-4-2. Oh yes...
Ash
Christ, this club is a joke. They can't even do the basics and inform a country when a player isn't fit. As has been discussed in the other thread, how is it the club's fault?
TaylorJ_01
Interesting team. Least it's something different, if still 4-4-2. Doubt it'll be very rigid, though.
Si
Looking forward to Sammy starting, good opportunity for him.
James
Why are we jumping to 442 conclusions? Can easily be 433 or switched to 433 mid-game.
TaylorJ_01
You think it could be fergie and sammy on the wings with Hatem behind Ba? A 4-2-3-1 if you will.

Dr.Spaceman
Substitutes: Rob Elliot, James Tavernier, Mehdi Abeid, Gael Bigirimana, Romain Amalfitano, Sylvain Marveaux, Shola Ameobi No Obertan?
TaylorJ_01
Obertan has finally melted.
Beren
Christ, this club is a joke. They can't even do the basics and inform a country when a player isn't fit. Sounds like they did tbh: "Immediately following the Premier League fixture against West Ham United on Sunday the Club went through the normal communication channels to advise the Senegalese Federation that both Papiss and Demba Ba would not be available for the international friendly match between Niger and Senegal scheduled for Wednesday, 14th November 2012, due to injury." No idea what 'normal communication channels' are in this case but we're claiming we got in touch. I'm not convinced - weren't most people of the impression Cisse would be off on international duty? I don't know the facts either of course, but even if Senegal did have a grudge against us, they'd need something to work with in order to lodge this claim, some failure/incompetence in procedure. Dr Venkman
Why are we jumping to 442 conclusions? Can easily be 433 or switched to 433 mid-game. Official club twitter said 4-4-2 but it was wrong in the build up to West Brom
loki679
Why are we jumping to 442 conclusions? Can easily be 433 or switched to 433 mid-game. Because the NUFC official twitter said it was four four two?
TaylorJ_01
Plenty of pace in that line-up too. Heart sank when I saw 'Ameobi', thankfully it aint Shola.

We were surprised to hear Cisse hadn't travelled, so I'm a little sceptical about our position myself.

Ketsbaia
They've put Shechter up front and moved Michu back to his position. Monk and Davies are there for the taking tbh.

With Sammy right and Fergie left. Which makes it a bit more fluid.
