Two points thrown away against a team already on their holidays. The rocket they got off their manager at HT was enough to inspire the minimal effort needed to change the game. It went from nothing for Eliot to do to nothing for Foster to do. Pardew FFS.

As for our players, did HBA even get a half decent pass after coming on?

No, but I am sure Ben Arfa is expected to mark a goal without touching the ball.

Shameful that we were playing for the draw at the end. He'll be doing that on the last day when we need a win.

Unbelievable response considering what's happened so far this season. We are where we are because we haven't drawn enough away games like that. Very happy with us closing a game out away from home like that.

Said I'd be happy with a draw. Guess I was wrong.

Have one of those feelings too man. Just kind of sitting here bemused, just thankful we didn't somehow cock up and lose.

Only winning one might have something to do with it, like.

Fuck off. We're where we are because he doesn't aim to win games.

Definitely don't look fit enough. Who that's down to is a matter for debate.

As usual though, teams that modify their initial tactics tear us apart. Pardew's Plan S is so transparent that any idiot knows what's coming. Everyone looks quite jaded. And yet again as soon as teams press us high up the pitch we freak the fuck out and start lumping it long.

Should have been up 3 at half, that was a good display. Second half was borderline embarrassing.

That was a train wreck of an officiating job too. That little dipshit got at least 15 things wrong, big and small. Should be demoted on that evidence.

Point would have done for me, before the game. The manner of the capitulation in the second half was a bit galling, players arses dropped under pressure and the manager didn't seem to react. We've held on, though, so that's something. Beat Liverpool next week, which we're more than capable of doing, and that's us. Could be an interesting summer.

I really can't see us beating Liverpool at the moment, we do only need one more win but can't see where its coming from at the moment.

Wouldn't be shocked if that is actually the truth. And it makes me sad.
