Mole_Toonfan
Neither are very good tbh, their reputations are higher than their actual level.
Ketsbaia
I'm a fan of Fer and think he'll be good for them, but they still desperately lack creativity.
Alberto2005
Good signings imo. I'd be happy if we signed either of them tbh, although we don't actually need them currently.

Dr Colossus
Neither are very good tbh, their reputations are higher than their actual level. Hopefully their transfer fees and wages are higher than both.
Tiresias
Fer is good, M'Vila had a good reputation a few years ago, may work out well for them imo
Figures 1-0 Football
Not a fan of Fer at all to be honest - M'Vila may be decent though mind, although I've not watched a lot of him.
Stuy_O
M'Vila hasn't settled at any club and doesn't look one bit arsed. He's got loads of ability, but the fact his stock has fallen so low that Sunderland look to be his next club says a lot.
Tiresias
I don't disagree but on the other hand they might have a bargain if they can get him to show his talent again. Fer isn't brilliant or anything but he'll score them a few goals and such
Stuy_O
Aye, not saying they won't be productive, but it's not as glamorous as they'd like to think. Motivation (except vs us) is a problem of theirs and these just seem to be players of the same ilk.
Ikon
Don't know about Fer but Mvila is a lost cause
Stuy_O
Fer's alright tbh, the two relegations probably aren't a reflection on him rather the shite he played with.... and still will.
Guest n4e
Fer looks like he should be a great player but seems to have a lot of games where he has no influence and looks like he can't be arsed. Basically Sissoko from the latter half of last season.

Basically Sissoko from the latter half of last season. Fer does kinda make me think he's a highlights reel player, does a few spectacular things so gets shown on motd a lot and yet the midfields he's been in have hardly sparkled. Having said that still think he'd probably improve Sunderland's midfield

Gallowgate Toon
Fer looks like he should be a great player but seems to have a lot of games where he has no influence and looks like he can't be arsed. Basically Sissoko from the latter half of last season. He's just too lax and looks lethargic - like there's no explosiveness to him or something. He's obviously a decent footballer but seems to have fallen into a yoyo club trap and stagnated. M'Vila was mint when I was living over there so if he can recapture his Rennes form then that's quite a signing, even if he's not what they really need. He is a supposed mentalist whose attitude was actually questioned when he was the big thing in Ligue 1, though, so can't see him lasting there too long. Stray Mackem
£7m rising to £9m for Whickam. Think that's a good deal for palace. He's absolute dogshite. I'm glad to see the of back him. One of the most frustrating players I've ever seen in a Sunderland shirt, considering he does have the required skills, but the brains of a donkey.
