GavMcEl
shocked at that, always had a feeling he would do enough to keep them up, a bit like that feeling you used to get with big Sam, you'd always know he'd do enough to scrape a few points hear and there (bar WBA last year), think dyche would of got them straight back up too, can't see nuno or rafa going anywhere near Burnley at the best of times let alone the predicament there in now, will be bilic our someone like that e
Scotty66
Hopefully they can get a new manager bounce and swap places with Everton. They have an easier run in and 1 win with an Everton loss puts them right back in it
Guest
Surely Nuno wouldn’t go there in that position?
Ketsbaia
Mad, like. They have a very good bunch of games though, for whoever comes in.

SUPERTOON
They must have someone lined up, they have sacked the first team coaching staff as well. Sunday for them is massive, win that and they may well get the bounce to stay up.

Smal
Honestly if they get Rafa in and he keeps them up ahead of everton I might actually laugh my tits off.
RS
Bottom of the form table but still can’t see this ending well for Burnley.
Pilko
Time for Uncle Neil to reverse that retirement decision for the 8th time, keep them up ahead of Everton and retire in the blaze of glory he deserves.
toon25
Far too late to make a change given the players they've got, like. No manager is coming in to suddenly transform that shower of shite into a decent football side. I like Burnley, but they remind me of a shitty old butchers shop on the high street that nobody visits anymore. Blood and rabbit cocks everywhere and staffed by well-meaning but terribly old butchers still wearing a bowtie and a straw hat. In their last throw of the dice they've tried to borrow money from loan sharks to keep the business alive, but now find themselves unemployed and poaching vermin. Raconteur
Don't get the calls for Rafa - history suggests eight games isn't enough for him to arrest the slide.
Superior Acuña
Woah, can’t believe we’ve seen off Dyche by getting out and dropping them in. Feels sort of sad, and stupid unless they’ve got someone really good lined up, and even they’re going to struggle to make a difference in time. Fair enough if at the end of the season it was decided it’s time to move on but now sounds silly. Edited April 15, 2022 by Inferior Acuña

Jackie Broon
Odd timing to sack him, they've got three matches coming up in the next 9 days which could seal their fate, how does that give any manager time to change anything?

Awaymag
so they have sacked Dyche and all the 1st team coaches. Who is going to take them for the West Ham game.......its like they've decided to forfeit this next game?

robbo_11
If they go down they'll lose some of the better players for no fee and financially seem like a huge hit is coming with relegation.
