Varadi Posted April 28, 2014 Share Posted April 28, 2014 Just to repeat what others have said as well, the way he keeps going on about this "5 game run" as if it's just a blip is unbelievable. We've been on a horrific run since January with about 9 defeats and 3 wins (all with late goals in 1:0 victories) The team has been dreadful for a long time. Not to mention the absolutely horrific time we had last season. He genuinely seems to think people only have a problem with the last 5 games - fickle Geordie twats. On the whole of things it's just been an average season. If someone said before the season you'd finish top half with 45-50 points, i'd have taken it after last season. The way the second half of the season has turned into this much of a disaster though on top of having no cup run has basically just ruined us all. There's literally not one thing you can be positive about anymore, expectations were raised after the first half of the season then all expectation was crushed in the second half and it’s back to relegation talk in the near future.
