Sure the run and cut back before the deflected shot was class, but that little wing play then feeding an on-rushing midfielder to open up the play like that is what I love to see players do in the final third. He played upfront for Tenerife, but started as an attacking midfielder. He's played just one year of senior football, so he hasn't really a dominant position yet. He didn't seem overawed at all which, given it was his first game outside of the Spanish Segunda against the Premiership champions, was very impressive.
