is there a way of finding out actual numbers?

You can do a freedom of information act thing.

To who though? NUFC are a private company not a government body?

FWIW I thought there were about 35K there.

Wouldn't the police or council need to be informed, in case there was an emergency?

Mmmm, possibly, possibly not.

FOI the police. Although Ashley Out campaign seem to be suggesting that the police were told the attendance was 47k, not to sure how they would know yet.

According to some twitterer apparently with a club source, the attendance was actually a smidge over 31,000.

I really hope we get confirmation on that.

Over 20k below capacity would be a brilliant effort.

Unrealistic, ticket sales are reasonably strong for Swansea. Today was helped by poor general sale.

60min walkout is the way to go imo.

Saturday 3PM games are always much better attended by match to match ticket buyers and people from outside the area.

Not to piss on any parades, but the pictures I've seen from in-game appear to show way more people there than the pictures in this thread, like :undecided:  It's great that things are starting to happen at last but I suspect that the pictures being posted as representative are probably about as trustworthy as NUFC's claims of 47k.

Anyone know the next phase of this then?

How realistic is boycotting Swansea?

It's the only way to do it; intrigued to see how many will feel able to keep this up

With the best will in the world, there were way more than 31k there. I reckon around 40k.

Would still mean well over 10,000 empty seats and more than 20% staying away. A massive success IMO.

TBH part of me (and I suspect many others) thought this would fall flat on its face because, for better or worse our support, but I think having watched and seen the evidence it can be classed very much as a success when you think the idea was only formed a couple of weeks ago. Be interested to see what's next on the cards.

Was weird watching it on the TV with a ticket in my wallet but I'm pleased to have done my little bit.

What minute is that? Can't quite work it out.

Is it 45:02? Which would be weird as there appears to be hardly anyone walking down to the concourse.

Clocks don't go past 45 in the first half but you would think if it was just before there'd be people up and about.
