He's been consistently good and his reading of the game gets better and better. At the start of this season, and at the start of last season, even though he has been captain he's had to fight for his position in the team. At the start of last season he wouldn't have made half or more's starting XI and the same for this season, and the way he's made himself undroppable in both is phenomenal. I'm less worried about this because he's not the sort of defender top 6 clubs usually go for. If he was to be sold it would be to an everton or west ham or someone.
