Worth sticking with as part of the squad IMO but he definitely can't be first choice next year (assuming we go up). Signing someone like Shawcross and having Lascelles as his backup would make sense. BUT, you have to have very serious concerns about a defender who doesn't appear to have any instinct for the absolute basics of defending (ie keep tabs on your man first, then the ball), even when the situation is screaming our for them.
