Mertesacker is miles better than Chambers who he'll be instead of I've always seen Mertsacker as a slow starter to the season and takes a bit time to get up and running and LK makes him look better than he is. For all I don't like about him, Giroud is a reasonable goalscorer (against weaker defences admittedly) and infinitely superior as a footballer and with his link up play.
