AyeDubbleYoo
I can see the reasoning for leaving out the other midfield options, but obviously Gouffran is insanely bad. Fuck knows why we got rid of Abeid.
B-more Mag
Do we really have to go through with this?
Pilko
Gouffran reads like a resignation letter by picking that woeful cunt. Abeid wouldn't have got in the side though, apparently. Good idea to flog him for peanuts then
nemtizz
Do we really have to go through with this? 3-0 DNF pls
Tiresias
Gouffran starting is immediately sackable offense, honestly
sempuki
I can see the reasoning for leaving out the other midfield options, but obviously Gouffran is insanely bad. f*** knows why we got rid of Abeid. Flogging Abeid for a pittance was a ridiculous decision.
Shak
The worst thing in all this is that he's basically telling us that Wijnaldum is not viewed as a CM, neither is De Jong and Sissoko won't be played there either. We're basically gonna have to suffer 2 of Tiote, Colback and Anita for the rest of the season. And that's the best case scenario. Good thing we have De Jong, Thauvin, Perez, Sissoko and Wijnaldum all fighting for just three spots. So we'll be leaving at least two of them out each week. Keeps that promising little cunt Aarons right out of the picture too. Seriously, what an utterly shit club we support. Fuck us all.

Big Geordie
Picking Gouffran - an utterly mental decision. Has he been told to, by Ashley/Charnley?
Stottie
Huge vote of no confidence in Tiote if Gouffran plays center mid. The Abeid decision is biting us on the arse here too as everyone is saying.
Guest
I didn't realise Tiote was sub. If the argument is to try and keep it as close to the Chelsea team as possible (so no Wijnaldum CM, etc), then surely you just play him?
UncleBingo
Uncle bingo is the guy that brought us 'John carver will be appointed tomorrow'. Let's just wait and see. You waited, and you saw.

Geordie Ahmed
Gouffran aside hats not a bad starting line up. You can't just say Gouffran aside as if it's a minor issue, his selection makes it a horrific line up

Dave
Gouffran. In his defence I think he was an early example of a player being Pardewed but he's been worthless for yonks now, not even trying properly. If he does so today then fair enough but it's a very worrying glimpse into what McClaren thinks he has to work with.
