Awestruck. After the press conference got lead to the back where we spoke to him. Soon as he saw me, he said, 'I need a striker'. Then called me Mitro the rest of the time. Spoke about the game in general, then when he was leaving for the radio interviews I blurted out something like, 'thanks for everything and for saving the club' as he was lead away. We thought it would be a quick photo and he'd be on his way, one of the most humble men I've met.

Get in. What have I missed? What were you doing at the press conference?

Clever from him to find a reason to come onto the pitch at the end and then be the last to walk off.

Na, McClaren was the last of the pitch. I think he though the applause was for him.

Pretty good. All the questions were about the match and he seemed pretty upbeat and happy. Wasn't happy with the ref mind. Was adamant there was a push late on and he said Perez has a bruise from where Carson brought him down.

Honestly thought this was a dream you had when I first read it

How did you get the chance to be there?

Rafa is the best manager we have had since Keegan/Robson however we should have picked up more points than we have at home IMO. If you want to get out of this league you need to make your home wins priority (69 potential points over the season)

Huddersfield, Wolves, Blackburn, Sheff Wed & QPR are all points that we have thrown away at home this season. At times Rafa has been so slow at making changes when its quite obviously not working and you could see the away team where pressing for a goal (Wolves, Sheff Wed & Blackburn)

I think Rafa's lack of changes has cost us in 2 or 3 of those games above and if we had won those we would have been comfortably top
