Leicester City 1 - 0 Newcastle United - 14/03/16 - post match reaction from p.44

We are desperate for 4-4-2 with Perez or Doumbia off Mitro but Rafa has never been a manager to play that formation.

Mitro has been class, just not enough quality around him. Needs someone right up alongside him. Too often Wijnaldum isn't close enough and not there for the link up.

Leicester play on the counter attack similar to when you just keep pressing pass on FIFA before your player's even got the ball. It's so fast.

Better away than for a long time. Tactics to get rid if danger and long ball but pressing them and they are making mistakes. It was never going to be easy away from home against these but we have had the odd chance. Just hope he doesn't give half time team talks like the last few managers.

We look more organised but these still opening us up, the effort is certainly there and Sissoko looks better on the left for most part.

Perez and Anita off please.

Perez!?[emoji38]

He's done nothing of note until 44 minutes in.

The cross for Sissoko?

Well that, but he's far too lightweight to play out wide or in midfield.

Shame about the goal, but at least we look organised and give a shit. Hopefully it translates to the other games too.

They've very much been told not to run absolutely everywhere like a bunch of retards like. Seems like they've listened.

Been a shite game.

Shelvey has been quite anonymous so far, although I did literally fall asleep for the first 20  mins so maybe he started strong...?

Shelvey quite rightly is scared to go forward and his midfield partner gives him mo cover at all.
