Newcastle United transfer rumours in the press

Recommended Posts

What were people really expecting? Us to go and spend £15m each on 2 players?

Our squad should have enough to get up, would rather we kept the cash for the summer ahead of the PL then spunk it on mediocre players again.

Loan a central midfielder better than jack colback?

6 points clear of 3rd with a game in hand.  Brighton will drop off as well. I love  deadline day. We generally sign nowt but maybe Rafa will change that. I think someone will come in but it'll be a youngster on loan.

3 points with 2 games in hand.  Reading won tonight.

Did you mean to post this yesterday?

We have a really difficult set of fixtures coming up were we basically play all the other top teams. We are an injury or suspension to Shelvey away from a massive struggle to create chances. Our home form is also still a concern and we needed improvements to the squad to overcome this.

There's no evidence to suggest Brighton will drop off at all.

We simply don't do deadline days. Or the days previous come to that.

We did plenty of business last January, but yeah most of it was done well before deadline day. Nothing happening here.

Rafa came out and said he wanted 2 players in and the board and fat cunt owner have shafted him. Way to back your manager you useless penny pinching cunts.

Hope tomorrow night isn't one of them where the crowd is flat as f*** and very quickly angry like we've seen a few times after transfer windows have closed without us signing anyone.

I'd imagine it will be. Guess it depends (obviously) on how we start the game.

It's the fact we're back to penny pinching, saving every penny we can, taking a chance, crossing our fingers and hoping things will be ok. It's a step backwards in mentality, I thought we were past this, head in the sand, not listening and them thinking they know best that's the most disappointing thing.

Nothing's changed, the still see saving 2 million as being more important than cementing promotion. They're still fucking short sighted, arrogant, mean, stubborn pricks. It's so frustrating. Cunts.

If we don't go up now, this inactivity will have played a huge part, I really don't understand surely there were at least a few PL kids needing exp that would have been better in our squad than Colback ond Gouf ?

Terrible job by everyone connected with the club.
