Toon No9 Posted January 2, 2018 Share Posted January 2, 2018 Think Murphy was very poor yesterday. Got himself in to good positions on the rightside but useless with the ball. Then in the last 20 minutes or so something happend. He started to get past his guy and controled thd ball better and found some great passes. The one for Gayle (which should have been a penalty) and of course the one for the goal. Hope this will give his confidence a boost. If he can keep playing like in the last 20 yesterday he will be a real asset. Needs to be more direct and confident. Hopefully that will come with gametime. Suddenly full of confidence destroying people on the dribble left and right. So glad he got that fantastic assist. Will do a lof of good for him getting some end result. They attempt to force things to happen, rather than shite and boring sideways and backwards passes.
