Don't think he gets into their best XI anyway, but he should ensure the squad can be rotated in Europe. Forest going about it the right way, but can see them needing to sell end of season because of PSR and all that (wages to turnover be a driver). Likely know MGW is an easy £65m sale though so can roll with the ambition this summer.

Yates gets lots of minutes for Forest - Luiz is a quality addition to that squad.  
 

Been watching other clubs fans closely regarding their thoughts on transfers. 
 

Spurs fans think Levy was dallying on the Eze deal to save 500k-1m giving Arsenal time to gazump them.  They view a lot of their signings as opportunistic rather than directly addressing the squads needs. Also think Levy has too much influence on the football now. He’s not been good at it for a decade at least. 
 

The Eze signing has changed Arsenal fans perspective on the summer. They really disliked the Noni deal and feel as if they always short change themselves on attackers. Until Eze.  Eze isn’t Rodrygo or Isak but they’ve sold their are delighted.

Palace were really proactive in replacing Zaha.  Surprised they haven’t done that with Eze or Guehi.

But I’d be slightly concerned he’s been moved on in successive seasons by Villa and Juve.

 

Maybe just the financial situations at both clubs have dictated it, but I’d still see it as a bit of a worry.

He was a regular at Villa and was sold with 2 years left on his contract in June for PSR reasons. 
 

Hes flopped at Juve mind. 
 

I would’ve loved him tbf. He’s one that we can ship to Saudi in a couple years (this is a crazy stereotype btw)

He’s done well in Spain, and there is a player in there. Probably type that will never work in Prem, but enough about him to be a strong signing for Dortmund at the low value he’d cost.

I've just seen Rhian Brewster has gone to Derby on a free, Blades have given him away. They gave Liverpool £23.5m (!) for him in 2020, he's played 106 times for them and scored 8 goals. Does my absolute fucking head in how much money clubs will give Liverpool for any old shite rattling round in their reserves.

The clause you activated was literally an option to hijack a transfer. How many times do I have to repeat that I don't think you exclusively bought him to avoid us getting him? Are you completely out of arguments since you have to make the same strawman over and over instead of addressing the actual point?

 

You bought him just incase you didn't manage to sign any better.. If we hadn't tried to sign him, you would have waited to see if you got someone better. You will go with Trafford if you don't get Donnarumma. Is this point so hard to understand, or are you just pretending like you don't understand?

I mean, of course us having an offer accepted forced Man C to make a decision at that point, and if they thought there was value in the deal they might as well make it. But he was responding to your starting assertion that:
