Rich
Could imagine him and Trump getting along like a house on fire. Hopefully the house they’re in at the time actually sets alight.

UncleBingo
Heard a rumour that the sale is still on, and will be completed once Premiership status is confirmed ...........comes from the same source who said the deal would be done earlier. I don't know the fella myself so don't know how much truth there is to it, but after what's gone on at the club recently, it does make a bit of sense. Fingers crossed and all that. Might explain the current arrangement.
TBG
It's the same shite as last time. Rumours spread by either blokes down the pub with egg on their vest and a stash of porn magazines in the glove box or the guy from school that used to claim that the Undertaker and Kane were his uncles. Nothing but bullshiters that crave attention

James
Anyone else reckon that these ‘extra’ performance related transfer fees are for league positions and European qualifications with the money to pay for these extras sources from the subsequent prize money? Mikky
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-39664287 He's trying to save the US retail sector now. Surely he's going to fuck himself over at this rate? buying a major retailer that is failing is a huge risk in itself, let alone trying to save a few of them. "It has bought the debts of parent firm Eastern Outfitters and lent it money" sounds familiar

steve_69
Look, if a takeover was going to happen it would make sense for the buyer to wait until we're confirmed a PL club for next season, particularly if, as has been reported, Ashley isn't prepared to lower his price or have relegation clauses inserted in the deal. IF, and it's a big IF Ashley does actually want to sell, I could see it happening towards the end of the season. We know someone has already been through the books so there's genuine interest. TBG
I can't say who it is but my source has said that a takeover will only happen if or when the day ends with the letter y. That's all I can say.
