HaydnNUFC
Utterly tragic showing. Not for the first time.
SUPERTOON
Take whatever money we are offered, lad is so below the quality required.
nufcjb
No wonder Miley is ahead of him now.
The Butcher
Will always have a soft spot for him, but yeah. It's time.
George Bailey
Very poor (again) Lad has played his part for us but time to move on…
Myleftboot
Not strong enough.
BottledDog
No need to have a pop in here lads, giving pelters on a players Insta feed is what the kids are into these days.
Smal
nice pass for the second goal though
JigsawGoesToPieces
Looked like he would strugle to get a game for Birmingham. Worrying.
Kanj
Definition of a mentality player.
Likelylad
His attitude and body language just look so poor. Needs to sort his shit out just because he’s not playing week in week out.
RS
His laziness was, worrying.
TRon
Needs good players around him othewise he's exposed.
Wolfcastle
He was really bad against Bromley as I recall. He's obviously been better than this but he's been really, really bad to the point of detrimental for a while now
Pixelphish
Hope his head's ok. Had a poor showing against Bromley as well.
Aiston
No reason at all to keep him here.
mattypnufc
Love the lad to bits, but I really don’t want to see him in a Newcastle shirt again. He’s simply not good enough, but what he’s lacking in ability, he’s not even trying 90% of the time.
jackyboy
He never seems to look up until he has the ball at his feet.
midds
He just needs a fresh start at another club. Was completely baffled by those who claimed that £15m or whatever wouldn't be enough and we should demand more for him? He's just not very good at football unfortunately, he'll graft all day if he's fit and his attitude is spot on but he offers so little these days. Just take the best offer in the summer, shake him by the hand and wish him the best. He doesn't deserve abuse but I'm not going to blindly applaud consistent really, really poor play either
Yorkie
There's a lot of hyperbole in here as usual but even as someone very forgiving I'm kinda losing the will with him. I can't think of the last time he played and wasn't pretty shit. He was awful against Bromley and not much (still a bit) better tonight. That extra half second he needs really stands out when you're watching Tonali and Bruno week in week out. That said - and I know this is a cliché - but we do need a squad, so I'm not desperate to sell him. We play with three midfielders, which means you need six to choose from if you intend to go deep in all comps. If he wants a move and/or it's appealing from a PSR perspective, then fair enough, but no Longstaff means our key players getting flogged more than they ought to. KaKa
These are the games we need him for, so it's really disappointing he doesn't perform in them, when he really should be above the level of the opposition. Doesn't bode well for us going forward at all if we keep him.
Theregulars
Wild headless chicken shit before their second goal, and another all-round poor performance against obviously inferior opposition. Nothing instinctive about his game at all.
McCormick
Very much a “system player”. Put him in an unfamiliar xi where relationships and patterns of play aren’t locked down and he’ll tend to struggle imo.
Andy84
Like a few yesterday got better as the game wore on. Long term he I still think we need a squad so happy for him to be around, but we know where he is in the pecking order.
CheikBoom
He needs a run of games to find any sort of form. It's not going to be here and really hope he gets a good move. His confidence looks shot.
