Much much better today, looks a real threat and had a really good first half. Keep it up!

We're pressing and winning the ball higher up the pitch, and with Bruno's assertive and quick passing ASM is able to run at the opposition when they aren't quite so organised, as is usually the case when he picks the ball up for us. Unsurprisingly he's causing them trouble.

I think he'll come good as we improve as a team. He's looked like he's trying to be more smart with the ball too with a couple of sensible passes.

Hes been better overall tonight, seems like hes had instruction to make less solo runs when out wide and first 10-15 was really bright. None of the potential big moments came off for him which is a shame.

Best game in a long time. He linked up brilliantly in the first quarter of the game and did everything I’ve been desperate for him to do.

Didn’t win the game on his own, but we’ve won it as a team. More of this please.

What was it people were saying about Wilson coming back and ASM being more effective?

this. we needed a mobile forward to take 2/3 players off him

His performance caught me off guard tonight. Got his head up first, before then deciding what to do with the ball, rather than just going straight into dribbling with his head down.

He looked so much better man, and it was allowing him to move into better positions higher up the pitch, and then go at the opposition full back where he had more space to torment them.

Loved it so much. Genuinely excited about him going forward now. So promising.

Still piss poor decision making mind, but at least he made the right one in the run up to the first goal!

No chance man. I have been hugely critical of the guy, but he was spot on tonight. Can't believe your assessment man, wow.

Nah, his decisions were spot on for most of tonight.  Barely put a foot wrong. A little eager on an early cross but otherwise looked a valued team member going forward.

Best performance since his injury, made the right decisions and his touch was much better

Yeah this was him on a good day, and then he looks like a world beater.

He’s far better for the team when he’s not the only source of our attack. He adds a completely different dimension to our play and when he’s not got three players around him constantly he’s a great asset
