Hopefully good as our CM is very poor, even worse now under Bruce. Anyways, not sure what the point is when we are aiming towards nothingness.

The only point in this half season loan is trying to make sure we stay comfortably in the Premier league and stay on the grant train.

Also to hope he’s good so he can spend pennies on a player rather than the average for a Premier League midfielder.

That as well.  Following the old mackem blueprint of loan alllll the players.

We at least make loans and pretend we want to buy them for the most part at the end (Merino, Dubravka, Willems...)

Sunderland didn’t even do that.

Will be interesting to see how long it takes to get him match fit. Hasn't played a first team game in a nearly a year.

More interested to see how long till he's pulled hammy....by pure bad luck of course.

I am sure Ki or Saviet will be sold by the end of the window.

Holy smokes. Forgot he has just been at the club the past 6 months. Madness.

Gotta give everyone a big contract in case they do a José Enrique though, no middle ground.

Interesting if he does play on Saturday. He ruled out Saivet from the Rochdale game saying it’d be unfair to expect him to play after no first-team football all season.

First proper look at this guy and he looks like Algeria's answer to Jonjo Shelvey. Could just be off the pace of course, but he seems to want to play the game at a slower pace than you  are allowed to in England. He's got quality on the ball, but he needs to up his tempo quite a bit to make an impact here.

A cous-cous Shelvey, you say?
