Yorkie
A Sunderland win would be good tomorrow imo. Hull are seriously running out of games where they can pick up something.
cp40
Do we want Sunderland to win tomorrow? I can't decide! I think a win for them would make them very hard to catch but if Hull don't win tomorrow, I can see them winning none. its a tricky one, perhaps a draw would do us best. NG32
draw would be better.
QBG
If we win on Sunday I will go down to a low 4, as confidence will be sky high and I'd expect us to slaughter Pompey and Boro at home.
J7
If we win on Sunday we will surely stay up. I can't see us winning though. A point maybe.
Guest
In that BBC Predictor thing I had us staying up, despite losing on Sunday, after Sunderland & Boro both won tomorrow.

You might be right there, Yorkie. Hull are bloody awful AND, look at the fixtures they having coming up I really think that they could be a more realistic contender for the drop than Sun'land. Guest Albert Square
Huge result for us at Boro today, I thought they would win that one. Arsenal and Man Utd next for them aswell. Hull within 4 points of us now too.
Karjala
How many more points will Hull get? They'll be VERY lucky to get 4 IMO. That would mean 8 more points will keep us up, providing we dont get hammered at Anfield, on goal diff.
ChrisMcQuillan
I reckon WBA and Hull are dead certs. So the question is if we or Boro will have enough fight to stay up.
Robster
I reckon WBA and Hull are dead certs. So the question is if we or Boro will have enough fight to stay up. Aye Hull have had a terrible 2 weeks with losing to boro and sunderland. Come on lads. Lets get cracking tomorrow and put the shitters up them and Boro. Finish above those 2 and we survive

I reckon they'll only get 2 points max from their remaining fixtures, that puts them in the dead cert category.

You have to look at their remaining fixtures. They really haven't picked up major points in months, and with those fixtures, I think they'll be down. TRon
We need to win at least two of the three games at home against boro, Fulham and Portsmouth. Not an easy task in any of those games IMO. It's going to be white knuckle time to the last game of the season by the looks of it.
Guest north shields lad
100% convinced we are staying up west brom, boro and hull down, im certain.

Its wasnt great seeing us 4 points adrift tonight Even more pressure to try and get something tomorrow. 1 point wouldnt be the end of the world... at least to psychologically stay 1 result away from 17th
Guest north shields lad
my main worry is if it comes to the last game and the mancs are in the L final, with the league secure, they will play a reserve team at hull.

Jayson
We'd better hope it does if we dont beat Tottenham tomorrow. If we get cut adrift, i dont see this being a side that can pull themselves back out of it. Then dont have grit when they lose confidence, they just fall apart. Our only hope now is they get a win somehow & go on a run of games with good results. Cant see any other option, we need to get our strikers scoring goals. Agree; whilst it'd hardly be ideal... if we're level on points with Hull City come the last day of the season - i think we'll stay up regardless. Guest
If we lose or draw tomorrow, it'll remain a 7 for me, a win will bring it down to a 5.
Ronaldo
sickens me to look at that table to be honest. Hull, Sunderland and Blackburn in another season would all be going down come mid May, yet they've taken a combined 14 points off us this season. If we survive relegation it'll be an absolute gift, and ten times more than we deserve
midds
4 Boro looked down and out at full time today. Hull have got 5 really tough games and the mackems and Blackburn aren't out of it either. Just got to keep our nerve and haul one of them in.
