We will be playing Championship football next season unless we sack Pardew. We will lose all of our remaining games.

Don't see us getting anything at WHAM, arsenal will hammer us as they try to seal up champions league spot. The only game we can hope for anything is QPR, and that depends entirely on how much of a fuck they give on the day.

 

We are now relying on Wigan and Villa to be worse than us for the last few games. How did it come to this?

That's been fucking glaringly obvious since November as far as I'm concerned.

 

Thought the quality of the squad would just see us through above dross like Reading, QPR, Villa and Norwich but put money on us going down after we lost to Reading.

Wigan have their last 5 games in the space of 15 days I think? They will struggle with that, especially with one eye on the final.

 

If they win the first one their tails will be well and truly up.

I've tried to stay positive,  but after todays shambles i'm starting to be swayed by the "we're relying on other teams" argument.  Hard to find any hope after that. Having said that, next week we start again v West ham and you never know. Can only hope they're shamed into producing a performance.  Doubt they'll lose any sleep over today if I'm honest though.
