Tribesman Posted March 2, 2020 Share Posted March 2, 2020 I still think relegation is unlikely although a 5 point gap is nothing with 10 matches left to play. I can easily see 6 or 7 points from the remaining fixtures which should be enough for Newcastle to stay up. That said Newcastle will likely end the season in awful form and there is a history where teams who end the season out of form carry that form into the next season. Watford are the latest example, but their owners have been quick to react. When it happens to Bruce next season, Ashley will cling on to him as long as possible.
