Weird that Obviously no piracy issues on Serbian cable TV. Biggest difference is they’ll remain as a fart in the wind whereas we’re going to become the big 6. Decky
Will the new Southampton owners have ambitions to take the club into the top 10 and push for Europe? Better inform the top 6 and see if they're happy for it to progress then.

Robster
Don't know if @Cragie is still checking in on here but it'd be good to hear what the local craic is in Southampton with regards to their takeover.
tommo
Fair play to these guys so far. They have taken a lot of flack from the media and some sections of our support for delays, apparently not knowing what they're doing etc etc. 5 days into the transfer window and we're about to sign Kieran Trippier. I still can't believe how much better the whole club and atmosphere around everything NUFC is
Kanji
Sounds like they’ve been working the Trippier deal for quite some time too. Really good planning and execution there.
TRon
Never doubted for a minute that the Saudis would do anything other than compete for the best, and will ultimately want the title. It will be another couple of seasons before we can challenge the top 6 for the biggest signings, but it will come one way or another.

gjohnson
If Trippier's the start and we survive this season it could be a lot quicker than we all hoped. They've managed to convince one of the best fullbacks around to join a relegation threatened team. If that level of ambition sticks there's no reason why we couldn't be semi-challenging by 2024

When you think just a month or so past we had only Charnley doing everything (after consulting Llambias first probably) then things have moved on quite nicely.
