Dr Venkman Posted Tuesday at 22:07 Share Posted Tuesday at 22:07 Once this lad gets on a roll it takes something really odd to stop him. I fucking love him.
OpenC Posted Tuesday at 22:07 Share Posted Tuesday at 22:07 5-5-0 the fucking cheeky cunt
Andy Posted Tuesday at 22:08 Share Posted Tuesday at 22:08 That 5-5-0 at the end was tremendous, he knows that Arsenal have absolutely no creativity against a low block at the moment and exploited it massively. The turnaround over the last month has been ridiculous. He's fixed basically every issue, from the huge gaps in the midfield, to the lack of a press, to the lack of chances for Isak, to the away form. Tottenham was the real test, then Arsenal. They're all tests and you can't win everything.
McCormick Posted Tuesday at 22:09 Share Posted Tuesday at 22:09 who was playing in this 5-5-0 formation?
Danh1 Posted Tuesday at 22:09 Share Posted Tuesday at 22:09 Where does tonight rank in terms of iconic away wins? Only two in my living memory are on the same level as tonight. Arsenal (1-3) and Feyenoord (2-3) for me, under Robson ofc. Mind, that’s only if we do the business at home.
Geordie Ahmed Posted Tuesday at 22:13 Share Posted Tuesday at 22:13 My gaffer 😍 I hope anyone that doubted him or wanted him gone feels shame every single day of the week
LionOfGosforth Posted Tuesday at 22:29 Share Posted Tuesday at 22:29 7 straight wins, 20 scored, 2 conceded. Absurd. Watching them 40 years and given the opposition, this might be the best run i've ever seen us go on. 6-7 weeks back, a few wanted rid. Not gonna dwell on negatives, man is a genius and what a bunch of gutsy players man, incredible to a man.

ChrisMcQuillan Posted Tuesday at 22:34 Share Posted Tuesday at 22:34 Manchester United 0 - 2 Newcastle United Tottenham Hotspur 1 - 2 Newcastle United Arsenal 0 - 2 Newcastle United Those would be canny results across an entire season, never mind in a week. Unbelievable turnaround. Hats off to him.

cubaricho Posted Tuesday at 22:39 Share Posted Tuesday at 22:39 Troy Deeny talking about how everyone in the Newcastle locker room is "absolutely bouncing and can't wait to play the next one" - so stoked Eddie turned it all around and the boys are loving playing football again.
