Clark
When considering all aspects (aesthetic, recognition, branding, history and so on...), which Newcastle badge is the best?

NE27
Always loved the Latin from the city coat of arms and would love that somehow shoehorned in. Problem is we are dogshit in defence so maybe wait a few years

Kid Icarus
Big fan of the flamboyance of the city crest and also just think it looks the best, so definitely that one for me.
Khalidao
From someone who's not a lifelong NUFC fan, I don't like any of these badges tbh. I think there is a chance to produce a new badge that combine modernity (80's) with classical (current one). Guest HTT II
I voted the current badge, and please let’s not fuck about with it. Some things are sacred…

LiquidAK
Love our current one - classy and grand-feeling. Wouldn’t want to change it
TheGuv
City crest edges it for me, but our current one is timeless. Not a fan of City’s but if you look back at their previous crests it’s understandable how/why they changed it to its current format. I’m really not sure how we could improve ours with any nod to history imo. It’s great as it is.
Izakaya
I remember seeing some mockups for a new crest posted recently but can't find them now, they were great.

ScottishMagpie
No.3 holds a special place in my heart. Just because it was the one on the strips when I started supporting the club and wearing football strips. Plus for someone who couldn't draw to save themselves this one was relatively easy to duplicate on school books covers, pencil cases etc. No.1 looks quite 'complicated'. Good for the city council or such like but not a football club. No.2 I just don't like. Love the retro top that it appears on but the badge itself, nah. But have to agree with the majority. No.4 all the way.
manorpark
The beautiful Coat of Arms of our great Regional Capital City . . . Has been beautifully adapted to become the symbol of this great regions only truly significant Football Club, and it should always remain that way from now onward . . . STM
Would like to see the red original one used on an away kit one season. Would be cool.
Yorkie
It'd be nice to see all four of them emblazoned along the top of the East Stand, two either side of the reinstated classic letters.
South-Cheshire-Toon
OK, if these are the badges previously used - then my thoughts are - 1. Well too over dramatic, and no reference to the team name. 2. Looks good, but slightly on the 'basic side'. 3. Looks like it something a bunch of monkeys would have come up with. 4. Nice, stylish and to the point. If there were any 'redesign' to be done - would be a cross between 1 and 4, where you'd have more detailed 'horses' on each side, with a more 'elegant, but readable' team name. But if we were to stay with one - then it's no 4 for me.

Facundo Ferreyra
I'd say there's a reason the current crest has lasted for 33 years and counting while the others all lasted for less than a decade each.
AyeDubbleYoo
I like them all TBH. For design and digital and social media etc, it could probably be simplified in terms of lines and shapes. But I’m not saying I necessarily want that.
