Nobody has seen him since. We were told he went to the hospital, but some have heard the morgue is where the ambulance arrived.

RIP Ekitike. One step too far too soon.

Apparently passed away this morning, from plaster aids related complications.

Why are we acting like the richest team on earth won't have the infrastructure to deal with an iffy hamstring?

Has he ever even torn it? Get him a fucking yoga mat.

Apparently he will be lucky to play again.

His piano playing days are over, sadly.

He surely has to be one for the future, not an expected starter. Bruno was far more established and look how slowly he was brought in. I'd suspect it will be even slower with Ekitike, especially if he misses pre-season from recovery etc.

I’ve seen very little of him play but yeah, probably safe to assume he’s for the future and likely to be eased in barring a disaster with recruitment/injury. I’d guess it’s him and another striker to strengthen up front.

Because we’re restricted with ffp, need strikers for next year and can’t afford to spend too much money on a player for the future who may be burdened with this next season imo

Yes but a yoga mat only costs  £7.99

Referring more to the people saying things like “not buying him for now - he’s for the future “ it’s a massive chunk of our money

Depends on how bad the injury is surely. If it's a torn hamstring, that can be fairly serious like. Club would be right to be cautious.

Especially if he's coming in to play second fiddle to Wilson, who will inevitably be injured before November

According to L'Équipe he’s officially had to retire.

You are relentlessly boring mate. Please get yourself another nice Logitech keyboard and start posting like you used to do.

He probably will come if he has to fiddle with Wilson
