Consistently carries us through games.

Our results mean more to him than they do to most fans, you can see it in the way he plays and interacts with players and officials.

A true NUFC great.

Aye he was a bit all over the place at times but his presence drags us through games, we wouldn't have won tonight without him on the pitch.

Is so determined, takes so much responsibility, I could not admire his contribution any more than I do. In his own performance and in leading those around him, he is a fucking legend.

Keep him as long as he will stay, then thank him when he decides to leave which is hopefully 2033 or later

This is who he was always going to be when we were all slightly worried about him being given the captaincy.

An absolute colossus man. That cross was 🤌

Was nervous as fuck for him taking that penalty. No need it turns out, fair play, he’s a fucking beast.

That assist was filthier than a miner’s shovel.

Captian’s performance yet again.

Although I will admit. I watched from behind a chair through my hands when he took the pen. Amorim style.

An all time NUFC legend - the brightest spark this season.

His biggest weakness is how prone he can be to losing the ball in our half but compared to the what he offers in every other area in leadership and play - has been exceptional overall and especially phenomenal this year.

I lay on the floor and wasn’t going to watch until it took an age to be taken so ended up watching.

He's dragging this side by the scruff of its neck at the moment, exactly what you want from a captain. Contributing goals and assists and just driving the whole thing forwards.

Modern day NUFC Legend.

Not sure if it was shown on UK telly, but his sweary outburst after the match was fucking great :) - proper captain’s performance after a poor first half

He wasn't great in that first half like, but he got better and better in the second half. In the end he was irresistable. He's the champion of champions.

Absolutely.  He doesn’t let his head drop when he isn’t playing well - the lad is an absolute winner.  I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a player in B&W with that sort of mentality to that degree.
