Alberto2005
He was a lot better 2nd half, but I felt at times he was trying too hard to come across like the "hard man" by almost encouraging contact even when he had the ball instead of just releasing it to help our attacks. Superior Acuña
Bruno has done more than enough to convince me he sincerely cares about this club - and has achieved a lot for this club. Don’t think for a second his words are empty. Edited December 14, 2025 by Superior Acuña
Pilko
Don't think they're "empty words" but much like his manager, it feels like we hear the same thing after every shit away defeat and performance. It hurts, we apologise, we must do better next time, we'll learn. And then we proceed to be total crap again, Everton & Belgian farmers XI aside. Vedder
Bruno took some responsibility in the second half to try to get us going. Must be hard when he looks around at what he was playing with today.

J7
Bruno, Hall and the CBs were the only ones who really get much credit from me today. He has every right to be annoyed.
Coffee_Johnny
If you ever had any lingering doubts about how emotionally invested Bruno is in Newcastle United and their fans, not that I can imagine any rational person would, watch that interview. He is hurting like we would.

He has every right to be annoyed. Same. Although he was trying to do everything and it was to the detriment of the team at times. Still, at least he never hides from the ball and tries to make something happen. I thought Schar really stepped up and after a tricky start to the game and up against a physical striker. He then had the better of Brobbey numerous times until he was subbed off. Hall was good and Thiaw was ok. Struggling outside of that. et tu brute
First time that he hasn't put anything on his instagram after a match that I can remember. Told it exactly how it was after the game to the press unlike his manager. Edited December 15, 2025 by et tu brute

Kilcline
Be April or May anyway depending on when there's a space for the rearranged fixture after we win the Carabao Cup again and are marching on through the Champions League
Sean
“Set things right” being in quotes is clearly aimed at Gordon’s wank statement.

alexf
Felt like he was the only one who tried in the derby and again tonight he was head and shoulders above everyone else. Little reminders every now and then what an unbelievable player he is and what we would lose of he ever goes. It's a shame that sometimes when others are playing well he can have the odd off day. But he definitely leads by example when we need it sometimes.
Mountain
The touch around their midfielder and then an immediate accurate long ball was absolutely phenomenal.
