i'm bothered at how it comes across to saudi fans as its all over twitter now, and it'll get to the owners that one of our most celebrated fans doesnt like their kind.

imagine this getting in the mirror/scum?

Expressed in a completely different way to that bigot

I don't think anyone has a problem with Muslims or the Saudi population. It's the state of KSA and it's policies.

you have to listen very carefully to even make at one point that he is talking about shearer as his name doesnt come out in the subtitles.

  • 2 weeks later...

His whole family were at the airport last week. Flying out to Barcelona on same flight as us. 2 hour delay. Chatted with us for ages. Kids were asking about their wedding and the bairn. Such canny down to earth people. His wife speaks perfect English.

Forgot the match but walking up to SJP there was a group of lads singing "39" to the tune of Yellow Submarine. "Thirty nine, thirty nine, thirty niiiiiiiine, thirty nine" then at the chorus "his taxi is number thirty nine, number thirty nine, number thirty nine"

They gave the dad of one of our players his own  song. No wonder he loves it here.

Guimaraes is asked about his contract. He arrived from France’s Lyon on a four-and-a-half year deal but there have already been talks about an extension and an upgrade. From afar, Real Madrid are admirers.

“There is no news,” he says. “I want to stay, but the doubt is ongoing. So, let’s see.”

Just in case people want something to worry about. Feels like there hasn't been enough worrying lately. From Caulkin's latest with Bruno and Big Joe.
