Norwich, Brentford, Leeds x2 (with a ruined GD) Everton all lost. Burnley won 2 games in hand, Watford won and lost, and we drew.

Very good week.

exactly......We can only do what we can do.   Burnley were always likely to put up a fight.  they dont score much but they dont let much in either.   That is pretty much NUFC in the last 6 games also.    Its going to be like this till the end of the season.

Turns into another crucial game on Saturday.

Probabaly always crucial, but by 14tth/15th March the table will give us a good idea of how teams are fairing. We could see a bottom three that includes Norwich, Watford and Leeds on current form and fixtures. A draw on Saturday and we beat Brighton would still give us a decent position if others fail to pick up points.

Still worry about our tough fixtures in April and get slightly worried. Think if we beat Brentford it'll be a huge result for both teams.

As an aside, these midweek games were rearranged matches from December postponements. Why couldn't we have played Everton or Southampton as both have a free week. Can teams not play 3 away games in a row or something?

Will Leeds sack Bielsa? Seemed unthinkable at one stage.

Reckon he’ll be off at the end of the season regardless but reckon they might be forced into action, the guy whose doing well at Huddersfield used to be at Leeds so have a low risk potential replacement too.

Issue for Leeds and Bielsa is they'll struggle to get anyone anywhere near as good when he's gone. Only going backwards when he leaves which I think they're all quite aware of. There's the few odd voices you hear in the city of no socks calling for him to go every now and then. but they're loudly ridiculed by the vast majority who know.

Don't want to get into the habit of sticking up for Spurs like, but a cold wet Tuesday/Wednesday night in Stoke/Burnley is a cliché for a reason like. It's not that much of a surprise for a team near the top to lose like that, especially one from North London.
