The most boring game this season against Burnley to finish 0-0. And both teams will be ecstatic with that result. Get rid of them man!

Trying their hardest to be Brighton.

That's not a criticism though, Brighton have punched well above their weight for ages. Who can blame Sunderland for trying to follow in their footsteps?

331 posts on RTG about the mascot who got left on the pitch.

Edit. It's been 'parsnipped' now;D

It’s hard to take moral outrage seriously from people who previously defended Adam Johnson, even after his conviction for sexual activity with a minor. Some fans even vandalized the victim’s family home and treated those responsible like heroes online, which says a lot about the culture being protected. Especially as one of the persons responsible for the vandalization, is a Very active poster on the RTG, and that thread particularly.

Maybe our main signing in the summer should have been the Sunderland sporting director.

Why? Because they've scored 2 shit goals vs Burnley?

They’ve picked up some cracking players from overseas. Proof you don’t need to spend big on every transfer, and proven PL experience means fuck all.

What evidence do you have that their sporting director would have the ability to find upgrades for our players in the market we're working in?

Not even sure they are that good, but they are athletes, and they haven't cost that much. So maybe their business will end up being better than ours. But I'm still hoping the likes of Wissa, Wolt and Ramsey will come good.

If they had the squad of last season they would have been relegated by now

However the summer business, especially getting Xhaka meant a lot of us predicted they would be safe

I never advocated bringing him onboard, but the ‘why because they’re beating Burnley’ crack is ridiculously daft.

In terms of the ‘market we’re working in’, their signings look a fuck ton better than the likes of Elanga my untrained eye.

People shouldn't be so presumptuous. Which of their players would start for us? Should we go for le Bris?

If their players are so shit, maybe we should hire their coaching team instead?

I think they’ve bought reasonably well.
