Always kinda hate it when clubs in european competition draw one of the 'big' teams and moan about bad luck. Games against Milan, Barca etc are the ones you'll remember etc. Sure you may win the whole thing by playing the minnows who have fluked through it but surely an away trip to the San Siro is worth a lot more.

So they were fined because the tifo also displayed the name of their ultras, who I assume have done some naughty s*** in the past.

No, they were fined because tifos have to be pre-approved by the Anti-Violence Commission. Of course, the "pre-approval of tifos" rule is there to avoid nasty racist/violent s*** in them, which makes this more beffuddling

Fine is not final, hope it gets forfeited.

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has been charged by the Football Association for "wearing a political message, specifically a yellow ribbon".

He breached the FA's kit and advertising regulations, the governing body said.

Guardiola said in November he wears the ribbon to support imprisoned politicians in his native Catalonia.

Yet poppies are pretty much mandatory. Utter joke tbh, everything's okay or nothing's okay unless it's inciting hatred.

No, 'everything's okay or nothing's okay' - unless it's inciting hatred.

Guardiola can go f*** himself with the yellow ribbon. Those people he admires so much tried to rob me of my constitutional rights as a Spanish citizen. I get no particular joy of them being in jail, but they are far from being saints.

I think he should be able to wear it if he wants providing it's not inciting hatred and so long as he understands the criticism that'll come his way, like VI's and particularly considering his role as an ambassador for the Qatar World Cup.

Its a bit rich to be going on about how terrible the Spanish government is considering he works for a despicable regime at Man City
